Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dream Eyewear purchase, so we provide convenient return options!

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers, upon delivery. Full-priced items that are returned are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

To start a return, please visit our Returns Centre.

Any FINAL SALE items cannot be returned, credited or exchanged.

CONDITIONS

All returns or exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Your return must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

  • The customer is responsible for covering all return postage fees.

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed. You will receive an email notification once it has been completed.

  • We advise keeping a record of your return tracking number as proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels without delivery confirmation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS:

  • The product must be returned in a brand new, original condition, including all packaging.

  • Glasses with fingerprints, makeup, or dirt will be rejected, or a $10 cleaning fee will be deducted from your return.

  • Returns without all original packaging will be rejected.

EXCHANGES:

  • To start an exchange, please email us at shop@dreameyewear.com.au
  • If you wish to exchange for an item of different value, we will adjust the refund or invoice accordingly during the exchange process.

  • If two or more exchanges occur and you then return your last exchanged order for a refund, a $10 service fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDITS

REFUNDS:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your Dream Eyewear products, you can return them for a refund, except for items on sale.

  • Sale items are non-refundable, but you can return them for store credit.
  • For products purchased with a BUNDLE code, the refund will result in a reduced or removed discount based on the bundle offer.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Orders placed with discount codes are not considered "sale items" and are eligible for a refund.

  • No price adjustments can be made on your order if it was placed before a sale.

INTERNAIONAL RETURNS:

  • International customers can follow the above return process. However, all shipping costs will be at their expense and we advise to check this pricing prior to completing the returns process.

STORE CREDITS:

  • Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

MISSING & NON-DELIVERABLE PARCELS

MISSING PARCELS:

  • All shipping will be tracked with a tracking number provided at time of shipment, which you can use to locate any parcels with your national carrier.

  • We recommend using tracking ID on all of your returns and exchanges, as Dream Eyewear Australia will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.

  • Dream Eyewear Australia is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. We will attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit to the best of our ability, but can unfortunately make no guarantees.

NON-DELIVERABLE PARCELS:

  • If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incomplete address, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange re-delivery for a fee of $10.

  • Customers who mark the parcel as "Return to Sender" upon return will have a $10 shipping fee deducted from their refund.

INTERNATIONAL CHARGES

Some countries may charge import duties and taxes. Dream Eyewear does not accept responsibility for these taxes or customs charges, which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered.

  • In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all duties and taxes on the order upon the arrival of your goods in your country.

  • We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to not pay customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that some countries have far lower thresholds than others and prior to ordering you are best to check your local government website, or follow the link here.

  • We are not responsible if a shipment is rejected based on the receiving county policies. If a parcel is returned to us, the shipping costs and any additional fees incurred will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for lost or damage package during transit and will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise in transit, however we can make no guarantee.

  • Once you have confirmed and placed your order, no changes can be made and will be shipped as is.

  • Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange/refund, however may receive a credit note.

  • All exchanges must be of equal or higher value to the initial purchase cost. If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be issued a credit note for our online store of the difference between the two items, excluding shipping costs.

  • We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Dream Eyewear Australia. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We pride ourselves with the quality of our products and how they are all hand checked before they are neatly packaged up for you. However, if for any reason your product is faulty, please reach out to shop@dreameyewear.com.au so we can assist you further with your faulty product.
