We believe in the quality of our products, therefore:

• You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure or fault with the frames or lenses within one year of purchase;
  *This does not include changes of mind, or if you have chosen the incorrect option when ordering. We do not provide cover for mistreatment or general wear and tear over time.
• You are entitled to have the products, including the frames or lenses, repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable* quality within this one-year period.
  *acceptable quality includes defects in materials, workmanship and coatings.

Please note that the warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, lack of care or accidents (broken temples, frames or lenses);
• Aesthetic changes due to daily use (lack of shine, scratches, the disappearance of text in temples, etc.);
• Scratched lenses, normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, dislodged lenses and exposure to excessive heat; or
• Any damage caused by modifications made to the frame.
