You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure or fault with the frames or lenses within one year of purchase;
*This does not include changes of mind, or if you have chosen the incorrect option when ordering. We do not provide cover for mistreatment or general wear and tear over time. -
You are entitled to have the products, including the frames or lenses, repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable* quality within this one-year period.
*acceptable quality includes defects in materials, workmanship and coatings.
